The company is gradually planning to expand, and in the future the service will be available in other regions of Georgia as well.

In Tbilisi, parcel delivery is carried out within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment of pickup. Our team ensures that each shipment reaches its destination quickly, safely, and on time.

In Rustavi, parcel delivery is carried out within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment of pickup. We ensure fast and safe service so that every shipment is delivered to the recipient on time and without damage.

Yes, at this stage only door-to-door delivery service is available. Additional services will be gradually added in the future to make the service even more flexible and convenient for customers.

You can request a courier through our online platform. For this, you need to register or log in to your account and access your personal dashboard, where you can easily create a parcel order and request a courier.

Courier service prices start from 7 GEL, and the final cost depends on the weight/size of the parcel and delivery conditions.

The parcel can be packaged according to your preference. It is important that the item is safely and properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
For fragile or specially sensitive items, please refer to the packaging rules and conditions to ensure their safe delivery.

Yes, you can track your parcel status in real time from the moment it is registered until it is delivered to the recipient. Our system allows you to see at any time what stage your shipment is at — whether it is received, in transit, or already delivered.

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the delivery will be automatically repeated once more — the second attempt is free of charge.
If the parcel still cannot be delivered after both attempts, after agreement with the sender and recipient, the parcel may be cancelled or a new delivery will be arranged. For each additional delivery attempt, an extra 30% courier service fee is added.
Our goal is to ensure that every parcel is delivered to the recipient safely and on time, with maximum convenience for the customer.

Delivery may be delayed due to various operational or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we inform customers in advance about possible changes and try to complete the delivery in the shortest possible time.

Payment to the courier can be made in a way that is convenient for you — either cash or non-cash payment. In case of non-cash payment, a bank transfer can be made on the spot at the time of parcel delivery.

Yes, parcel return is possible to the sender, or you can pick it up directly from the warehouse. If the return process is initiated to the sender, an additional 30% courier service fee is added. If you pick it up from the warehouse yourself, no return fee is charged.
We ensure that the return process is organized and as safe as possible, so that the parcel is delivered back to the sender without damage.
